"Be alert and review your contract! My policy is supposed to include protection against wind and damage to my roof. The agent lowered the deductible, and a few months later, when a storm damaged my roof, it turned out the agent included a clause in the contract stating that they weren't responsible for roof damage and refused to pay me any compensation for that damage. Please be careful and find a lawyer who can explain it to you properly if you have the opportunity."
